Dear Associate,


Late Friday afternoon, June 18, 2010, an allegation, by the FDA, was made to the company
that an April’10 batch of Magic Power Coffee may be contaminated and may not meet FDA
regulations.


While we do not necessarily concur with this allegation, we take any allegations regarding our
product very seriously. Accordingly we immediately asked all distributors and customers to
cease use of any Magic Power Coffee.


In the coming week, the company will hire an independent lab to evaluate the product to make
sure that it meets the company standards for the product. In the meantime we continue to request
that no Magic Power Coffee is sold or consumed.


Please know that we value your loyalty as distributors and customers and will continue to update
you as we learn more regarding these allegations.
